We often wonder what we need to do to be healthier, to feel alive and well. According to the panchamaya kosha philosophy of yoga, each of us has 5 bodies/levels of body awareness (5 koshas). Can we use these levels of awareness to achieve well-being?
Let's meet on Sunday, 28/3 at 18:00 pm and discuss how we can use the Panchamaya model to understand, balance and empower each of them.
Mandy is the owner of the Urban yoga center and a certified Yoga Alliance teacher 500-RYT (200-RYT Anusara, 300-RYT hatha / functional movement). She is also a certified midwife to take in childbirth preparation and can teach mental health courses. Her practice is characterized by her personal interest in philosophy, alternative medicine and the power of self-healing.
